Hi, I'm Toby Wilson - I developed this program to help others reach their fitness goals. I combined over 29 years of boxing and fitness experience to give you the most effective workouts possible. My high intensity workouts are as real as it gets. Most workouts out there claiming to be HIIT are anything but. All my workouts are designed to take you to your maximum performance level.
I am not a trained fitness actor with a big production studio. I'm a trained fitness professional! All of my workouts are follow-along videos with no editing. When there is a rest period, I take that rest period with you. There is no cutting the video so I can come back fresh or editing out my mistakes. I break down and perform every workout with you. Let's get it!
CBC stands for cardio, boxing and conditioning. I combined all three into a one-of-a-kind training style. You will look forward to my creative style that will keep you wanting more. There is so much verity in my workouts, I promise you'll never get bored. You will have to put in the work though! Regardless of your fitness goals or what program you choose to follow. You will have to put in the work to see results. I look forward to training with you.
